Failure Analysis and Accelerated Test Development for Rotor Magnetic Bridge of Electric Vehicle Drive Motor

Motor rotor magnetic bridges operate under multiple physical field loads, such as electromagnetic force, temperature, and centrifugal force. These loads can cause fatigue aging failure of the bridges, especially when is operating continuously at high speeds temperatures. Therefore, analysis accelerated test cycle development a major aspect their reliability evaluation. This paper studies multi-physics load transfer characteristics establishes bridge model. A simulation conducted from field, thermal structural thermomechanical coupling to determine risk point responses failure-dominant loads. In addition, accuracy model verified by actual bench tests. Considering influence on bridge’s life modes, alternating are established, respectively. Through damage analysis, whole targets for both modes determined, condition levels screened based frequency distribution distribution. The multi-objective optimization method used calculate number cycles finally develop conditions that reproduce modes. research provide support design verification, well product quality development.
